All sales are final. Unfortunately, no refunds or returns are available right now.
If your product arrived damaged, the deadline for requesting a replacement order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
You can inform us of the damage and request for replacement by e-mail heyrxfriendswegotthis@gmail.com. You must accompany the email with pictures of the damaged items and the receipt.
We will send out the replacement product within 30 days of the email being received. If appropriate, we will email you a response regarding when to expect your replacement products. You will not incur any additional fees for such replacement request.
We reserve the right to refuse replacement requests of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
